Projet Cadence Rail s.e.c. is issuing this request for expression of interest regarding the development and delivery of the central segment of the Alto Project (Ottawa–Montréal), a high-speed passenger rail network in the Québec–Toronto corridor, which will include a new dedicated right-of-way, railway tracks, stations, tunnels, engineering structures, rolling stock, and modern integrated rail systems.
