Key Responsibilities

Co-Development

  • Participate in defining the scope, delivery strategy, and packaging structure for the Stations package;
  • Define the technical, operational, contractual, and performance requirements for the future contract, including functional, architectural, operational, and passenger experience requirements;
  • Identify key risks, critical interfaces, and delivery constraints, including urban integration, access, systems, operations, construction, and local stakeholder interfaces;
  • Contribute to the procurement strategy, procurement process, and evaluation of prospective suppliers;
  • Work closely with integration teams to ensure alignment between the package and overall project requirements;
  • Define coordination requirements with local stakeholders under delegated authority from the Client, as well as the conditions for integrating stations into their urban environment.

Execution

  • Lead and manage suppliers responsible for station delivery;
  • Oversee design activities performed by suppliers under the role's responsibility;
  • Ensure day-to-day management of the package with respect to safety, cost, schedule, quality, and performance;
  • Coordinate interfaces with municipalities, local authorities, and other stakeholders under delegated authority from the Client;
  • Engage the Client when decisions, approvals, or interventions from the project sponsor are required;
  • Resolve technical issues and coordinate interfaces with other project packages;
  • Lead risk, change, and issue management processes for the package;
  • Prepare and monitor performance reviews for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in the design and delivery of railway stations, passenger terminals, transit hubs, or complex public buildings;
  • Experience coordinating with municipalities, public agencies, and other stakeholders;
  • Experience managing large design-build contracts or integrated project delivery environments;
  • Strong understanding of architectural, operational, urban integration, and passenger experience considerations;
  • Ability to manage technical, functional, commercial, and operational issues simultaneously;
  • Strong coordination skills and experience managing multidisciplinary interfaces.
