Reporting to the Pre-Construction Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, define, and structure enabling works packages;
  • Assess the constructability of the works and review clash analyses produced by the design teams;
  • Develop road, pipeline, utility network, and other utility diversion or relocation solutions;
  • Collaborate with municipalities, utility owners, and other stakeholders to develop feasible solutions;
  • Support procurement and market delivery strategies for enabling works.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 15+ years of experience on major infrastructure projects;
  • Significant experience with enabling works, utilities, and external interfaces;
  • Experience working with municipalities, public agencies, and network operators;
  • Strong understanding of constructability and infrastructure delivery in urban environments.
